11:48 am	AB IO thoughtform working didn't quite go as planned...much more improvised than I had initially intended. The improvised working went very well, and I have begun to notice the action of AB IO in my life. (Comment on this)

8:10 pm	Meditation I've been thinking lately that I really need to begin meditating again. Perhaps try some visualization meditations, rather than zazen. It's been hard for me to get back into it, though. Maybe it's just not as exciting as other magick work, but it seems essential. How can I motivate myself to keep at it? (Comment on this)
